What we publish
BloggingShout helps readers identify and understand the mail they receive — who is behind a PO box, whether a letter or check is legitimate, and how to manage mail with PO boxes and mailbox services — alongside practical technology and blogging guides.
How we verify sender-identification articles
Articles that identify who uses a specific PO box or mailing address are only published when the identification can be traced to a verifiable source, such as:
- The organization’s own website, legal pages, or official documents
- Government and court records, including settlement administration documents
- State business registries and regulator databases
Where a sender cannot be verified, we say so plainly rather than guessing. Mailing addresses can change hands; every identification reflects the sources available on the date the article was published or last updated.
Corrections
If we got something wrong, we want to fix it. Email bloggingshout@gmail.com or use the contact page with a link to the article and the correction. Verified factual errors are corrected in the article itself, and material corrections are noted on the page.
Updates
Reader-safety content (scam warnings, verification guides) and sender-identification articles are reviewed and updated as sources change. The date shown on an article reflects its most recent substantive update.
Guest contributions
BloggingShout has accepted guest articles from independent contributors; contributor guidelines are on the Write for BloggingShout page. Guest articles are held to this same editorial policy.
Advertising and editorial separation
Advertising on this site (see our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure) never determines editorial conclusions. No sender-identification or verification article is influenced by any advertiser.
